Our support staff are key ingredients in the success of our business working closely with fee earners to ensure clients receive a high level of service.

Several staff have been with the firm since leaving school and have developed their careers through the firm’s sponsorship scheme reaching senior support roles and in some cases fee earning roles.

Regular support staff forums ensure staff can address ideas or concerns with the firm’s management team. It also gives staff an opportunity to receive first hand information relating to new initiatives and practices being introduced by the firm.
